We connect you with verified local Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, RTO Agents, Mahaseva Kendra operators, and Property experts - all through one mobile app. You place the order, your local expert handles everything, and you track it live until completion.

Pralekh is a Sanskrit word meaning a written record or document. It represents our mission - making every document simple, trusted, and accessible for every Indian.

Currently available across Pune and expanding rapidly across Maharashtra. We are adding new areas every month.

All services are available exclusively through the Pralekh mobile app on Android. Download from Google Play Store, register, and you are ready. Our website is for information only.

Getting Started

Yes. Registering on Pralekh is completely free. You only pay when you place a service order.

Open the app, select your service, enter your pincode, upload required documents, and pay. Your nearest verified expert is automatically assigned and begins work immediately.

Each service displays a clear list of required documents before you confirm your order.

Availability depends on verified partners in your pincode. Enter your pincode during order placement to check available services in your area.

Payments

UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking - all within the app.

No. The price shown is the final price. No hidden charges, no surprise fees after payment. Applicable GST is shown transparently at checkout.

Your payment is held securely by Pralekh and released to the expert only after you confirm the service is completed. This protects you at every step.

Tracking and Delivery

Track your order live inside the app. You receive notifications when your expert accepts, when work is in progress, and when it is completed.

Completed documents are uploaded directly into your order inside the app. You will be notified when they are ready to download.

Completion time varies by service. An estimated time is shown for each service before you place the order.

Refunds and Cancellations

If your service is not completed as promised, you are eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method.

Trust and Safety

All data on Pralekh is encrypted and stored securely. We do not share your personal information with any third party without your consent.
