PRALEKH as a services provider we are bound to deliver the services we offer though incase of any deficiency in the services the customer may register his/her/its written complaint/review with customer services of @taksonstechnologies@gmail.com. The customer support team of PRALEKH shall critically analyze the complaint and communicate with the customer within 15 days from such complaint, if the team finds deficiency in services PRALEKH shall initiate appropriate refund for such customer. Further in case of refund it shall take around 15-30 working days (from the date of approval of the refund) to reflect the refund transaction in the customer’s account.
